Hearts in a Jar

BALTIMORE- you dirty, dirty girl. We had some times. And now I've got some stories to tell.

"From hours, to days, to years, to death- these memories will outshine the rest."

Cool Enough To Not Quite See It

One station in this city does play decent music. Really decent music. I couldn't believe it either.

We had it on at work the other day, LOUD, and amongst the Pixies, Black Keys, Devo, and a ton of other amazing shit that I heard on that station that day, I heard this. This is why music is one of the most amazing things in the world. You forget so much of it, and then one day a song you forgot a long time ago falls back into your sphere of influence, and runs you over like an eighteen-wheeler. People, places, memories, and just the song itself comes flooding back. Best fucking feeling in the world.

And I fail
But when I can, I will

Alpha BOOST 3000

This video is from 2008, but I watch it at least once a month. And I always will.

From left to right: Stew Johnson, The Ultimate Male, Landon, some punk bitch, another punk bitch, Mark, Me, Pete, and some emo punk bitch.

Mark isn't puffing out his chest 'cause he thinks he's all that (although he should, because he is). He is backing the f*** up because, from the way Mr. Rich judo-kicked that f***ing air, Mark thought he might have been getting a face full of that 4130, that full-chromoly, knobby hobby! You know what I mean?! RIDE OR DIE, EAT SHIT AND LIVE!

Side note: Pete, please tell me you still have that Biggie Smalls shirt. So gangster, plur.

Bruicidal Tendencies

The over-kill is critical. 'Cause Texans don't play. Also, I finally figured out how to use the self-timer on my camera. Kevin- 1. Technology, on the whole- 777, 666, 420. Feels good.

Blacker than Pitch

One more for yall's asses. Motherf***ing DANZIG. Dude cannot be touched. Except by Henry Rollins. Love that comic.

Take Me Away

For all who skate, or have skated, this song is important. It's a part of history, sure, but more than that its a symbol for something that is so pure that, for the people it sinks into, it can never die. Makes me want to shred the gnar with my friends, makes me want to cry too. Good shit.

It's about a beer,
it's about a man,
it's about a girl.

It's about a gun,
it's about a knife,
 it's about your world.
