"I think it was the Fourth of July"

Stitches are out. Feels good to have a new scar. And yeah, still waiting on the call, American Apparel. I'll start smoking Camel Lights, I'll only listen to Belle and Sebastian- whatever you want.

The weather is nice in Baltimore, so I have big plans for the day. Starting things off, though,  with a little bit of Grandma's Boy and an attempt to turn orange. I'll keep you posted.

PEDROIA!

Went to an Orioles game by my lonesome today...and loved it! Saw some steeds along the way. Piggie bikes, but Harleys nonetheless.

Similar seats as last time...though a little bit higher.

Camden Yaaaads.

So rad. I don't think this is gonna get old any time soon.

Got this little thang of Knob from a co-worker around Christmastime. Never touched it til today. Snuck it into the game, dumped it in my soda pop, and there you go. God, I'm cheap.

Good, though!

So dope.

Things I Overheard at the O's Game

- I was kind of up in the nosebleeds, so it was pretty high up. This little girl behind me, she couldn't have been ten, goes to her mom, "Mom, this is so cool! I love getting high!" I almost spit up my drink.

-Random Dude: "Dude- was that a strike or a ball?"
Random Dude's friend: "Dude! Vlad didn't swing. That means it was a ball, dude."

-The O's played the Red Sox tonight, and a lot of Boston fans came out. The Baltimorons really gave it to whoever was foolish enough to sit close to them. One big group of O's fans poured it on, knowing there was no one around who would challenge their size. Some poor bastard sat ten rows in front of them in a Pedroia jersey. They are screaming at him, "Dustin. Hey, Dustin! DUSTIN! PEDROIA! DUSTIN PEDROIA! DUSTIN PEDROIA you look at MMMMMMEEEE!" Pretty much non-stop for three innings. They were so loud, and so relentless. It was f***ing hilarious. Other Red Sox tried to come to the dude's defense, but to no avail. I thought a fight might break out. Really good time. Wish my friends had been there, though. Wish I could share this stuff with my friends and family. I know yall would dig it so much.

It Came!

It finally came! Been waiting on this one for  while. Initial release from Oakland's finest: Lecherous Gaze. The dime is covering up some naughty bits...but be forewarned- I am not down for censorship (raise your kids right and the world won't need it, is my opinion). So, should you choose to continue, know that this little dude's large giggly bits are on the way.

This is the type of band to be really down for. Like Torche, or Valient Thorr, or Municipal Waste- they've only come to party.

BOOM!

people round here
afraid to tell it like it is
telling me it's lemonade
but I can see it's piss
if it ain't got no soul
then I don't want to hear it
if it ain't rock n' roll
don't you take me nowhere near it

Cutty Sark

The Bean and I went for a walk on Sunday. Both got really burned- but it was totally worth it. After all that cold, I'd rather get torched every day than go back to that.

Sup fool.

Right after Shelley took this, the ship took a rip on one of its cannons. No cannonball, of course, but the exact same noise and smoke as if it was a live fire. The sound reverberated off of the skyscrapers lining the harbor- so sick.

Ended the walk at a great restaurant on the edge of the water. That's where I ran across some sauce that got me missing one of my dawgs. Miss you, dawg. Pete's in Europe right now, drumming like a man and taking it all in. Proud of him, psyched for him, a little jealous of him!

Blor-ange

Caught an O's game at Camden Yards tonight. Cheah.

Eutaw Street below... and Boog's BBQ.

First pitch at 7:05.

Gorgeous park. And steeped in hist'ry.

$10.00 seats. Not a bad seat in the park, if you ask me.

MPG MVP.

Watch out. For shitty flash use. Sorry.

Kyle is so jealous of that cheese. Sorry, bro. Golden nectar.

Almost considered keeping the cup. I blame my dad.

Sun down, light up.

One beer deep. Never said I was a long-distance man. Short burst, from last to first.
